Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across Europe. Express delivery is available at checkout for 1–2 day delivery.
What is your warranty policy?
Every VORA appliance comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, return your product for a full refund.
How do I clean my VORA appliance?
Each product comes with specific cleaning instructions. Generally, removable parts are dishwasher safe and exteriors can be wiped with a damp cloth.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Currently we ship to all EU countries, plus the UK, Norway, and Switzerland. We're expanding to more regions soon.
